How early do the lines start forming at the consulate.
I want to ge the first in line, I dont care how early.
If you are needing to make an appoitment at the consulate you need to call the number listed above and they will direct you to the correct department and location nearest you. If you are needing a appoitment also they can be as far as 4 months out before something is avaliable. Please plan ahead.
ok if u need help in anything with immigration leo monterrey-tellez in little rock is the one to call. and the Guy who needed papers translated. Marty's tax service will do it way cheaper. even certify it. she is n hotsprings..hope this helps.
