Hi, I am a citizen of Mauritius and I wish to visit Mexico with Nouvelles Frontieres.There is no consulate of Mexico in Mauritius I will be in Paris as from the 21st August and I wish to know if I can immediately avail of the visa, obviously if I deserve it.
