Respected Sir/Madam,
I am Muhammad Asif residence of District Muzaffarabad Azad Kashmir Pakistan. I am sole bread earner of 13 members of my family. I am working in private sector on contractual basis. I have to manage all the expense from this income source.
I have 5 kids. Out of them, 1 daughter; named Uswa Fatima, aged 2 years is borne abnormal and all her body parts and all senses were not functional properly except visual sense. I started her treatment from child specialist for 1 year. She is well now but she has still hearing problems. She cannot hear anything even if a hearing aid is provided. I consulted an ear specialist who advised me for her medical tests and I consulted hearing testing centers on his advice.
According to the doctors “Cochlear Implant” (a hearing artificial Choclea Bone) is needed to be fitted through surgery and operation of both ears which ensures the patient’s 100% hearing capacity restoration. The cost for fitting “cochlear implant” in ears through surgery is PKR. 42,00,000,00/- excluding other expenses which are unbearable for me in my whole life.
My daughter is my heart and soul, is deprived from sense of hearing and her treatment is available but I cannot afford the expenses due to my weak financial position.
Therefore, I am sending this email to you on humanitarian basis considering your good self as my last hope and source of support and I humbly request you on humanitarian basis to please help and support me in this regard in whatever way you deem appropriate. Your one penny will enable my daughter hear and speak. (Qatra Qatra Mil Ker Darya Banta Ha)
If you feel that the amount may perhaps, not be used in the treatment of my daughter, I request you to get her operation done and the expenses met by your own honorable self in the hospital in Pakistan as well as out of Pakistan where ever you feel appropriate.
My whole family will pray for you throughout life.
