passport renewal
I'm a Filipino living in Valencia. I need to renew my Mum's passport. I have to ask for a leave of absence from work in order to do it with her. She's 78 years old and can't travel alone. Is it possible for me to renew it in Barcelona as it is nearer to where I live than Madrid? How long does it take to process the document? Is the consulate open on 5th December? Thanks!

Professional Filipinos in Spain
Hello Mga Kababayan Ko,
Are there any professional filipinos in Spain? My wife and I visited Barcelona and Marbella (Esteponia) from CA and while there for two weeks, I've encountered fellow filipinos/filipinas most if not all working in the restaurant industry as kitchen help or waiters/waitresses. Please do not get me wrong for I am proud that they are working but are there filipinos represented in professional sectors besides the service/labour industry?

Internship
Good day, I'm a student from the Ateneo interning for the Philippine consulate. I am currently looking for apartments/student dormitories for my lodging. I would like to know where exactly the consulate is located, so that I can book near the place itself.

Thank you!
