I prayed beyond my grave that misfit does not find its way towards the higher echelon of Philippine Diplomatic hierarchy even he is a prodigy of VP Binay. A man of deception lurks within the Philippine Consulate and perhaps he could be a mole-in-the-making. Thanks to Senator Miriam.
