Good day
I am married to an Italian and living in Italy since April 2018. We applied for a visa through your offices in Caserta. I am still waiting for a response. Everytime we check online it just says "pending". My reference no is 18CE013435. Is there any chance of knowing when I can expect to get my visa please? I am getting anxious as my South African passport will expire in a few months. Am I able to apply for a renewal of my SA passport here in Italy? I truly hope someone can give me some information Iam engaged to an Italian citizen I am South African. We are getting married in a few months, so I just wanted to know the process for obtaining a "nulla osta" and where I must apply for it? Just wanted to know the process for getting a "permesso di soggiorno" I would greatly appreciate any help and advise I can get. Thank you so much
Please I need help concerning my application for a copy of my marriage certificate. I had applied in 2013 n its now 2015 I have not received it. I have spoken to Mr Wilfred about it n he was following up for me. There was confusion with my passport due to the change in surname. Please I need to travel by end of February to Britain n I need the certificate for a visa. My husband is Italian n my kids but I cannot travele with them. Please help I think its has been too long. I need the marriage certificate between myself n my husband Stephen Bernest Babakan.

Due to family reasons I have been living in Italy, Liguria, for nearly two years. Is there a Consulate in Genoa where I can register to vote .
My South African passport expires in a few month where can I renew it.

Dear Natarshia, I am S.A too,15 years in italy you can apply for citizenship after 6 months of marrage you must go to the Prefetura for info you can also apply at SA embassy to remain with SA citizen. For your baby u can only go to the embassy with full birth certificate and register him in SA. Good luck.
