No real job offer requires you to pay for anything even a visa. A scammer is impersonating the embassy. No real embassy official would ever contact you to pay a visa. No embassy official would ask you to post money to an individuall account. The only way you would get a visa is if you were to actually visit the embassy. You are being scammed.
